I am a passionate tech entrepreneur focused on empowering Africa’s next generation through technology and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Fiqra Technologies and Fiqra Academy, I lead both organizations in advancing EdTech and digital transformation across the continent, creating scalable solutions to address social challenges. With expertise in product management, web development, and digital marketing, I have developed cutting-edge technologies that enhance access to quality education, particularly in underserved communities. Additionally, I lead VijanaTech, where I am responsible for the company’s strategic direction, growth, and organizational culture. My previous projects include overseeing the development of the Tanzania Emerging Youth Awards website and voting system, as well as designing a database for Digital Opportunity Trust (Tanzania), ensuring alignment with each organization’s strategic goals. I have been honored with several awards, including: 1. Innovation Award – Tanzania Emerging Youth Awards (2021) 2. Top 10 Startups of the Year – The Entrepreneur Africa Awards (2021) 3. National Changemaker – We Make Change Now (2019) 4. I hold a Certificate in Information Technology and have completed the 'Power and Influence for Positive Impact' program at Harvard Business School.
